You are very welcome to join me on Sunday 2nd September for a morning of Kundalini Yoga at our Kundalini Workshop.
Learn some pranayama techniques (breathing) that will help you destress and rebalance your body and mind. Master your breath and you can master your life. We will practice poses and postures to increase your flexibility and work with mantra and meditation to clear the chatter thoughts in your mind. There will be plenty of relaxation and of course everybody’s favourite savasana. We will enjoy homemade yogi cookies and tea.
Mats and blankets are provided – bring a water bottle so you have water to hand and layers if its a chilly day.
We ran this workshop in Lostwithiel, Cornwall (the studio we ran before moving to Devon) yesterday and it was beautiful. Everyone said how wonderful they felt afterwards, calm, relaxed and energised.
