Sarah’s Kundalini yoga classes were the highlight of my week, I felt strongly connected to the style of yoga from the first session. It is a physical work out that addresses your mental well being at the same time. Sarah creates a beautiful atmosphere, including candles, music, ‘smudging’, using tiger balm, and a purposefully chosen tea to enjoy together after the session. The amount of thought, passion and care that goes into Sarah’s yoga sessions is unsurpassed. My four yr old also went to Star Child Yoga and thoroughly enjoyed it. Sarah is a one off, I would thoroughly recommend her sessions, and miss her greatly!
